Princeton Undergrads Join Lambent for a Week of Learning and Building

In January of 2019, Lambent Data hosted six Princeton undergraduates for a week through the Princeternship program, sponsored by Princeton University Career Services, to learn about entrepreneurship. Kisara Moore '22, Fleming Peck '20, Livia Qoshe '21, Serena Ren '22, Alberto Rigail '22, and Nalanda Sharadjaya '21 dedicated their excellent skills and enthusiasm to a variety of projects, including prototype building, market research and analysis, and website design. They worked with CEO Kirsten Hund Blair '84 and CTO Ted Nadeau '87, as well as Shamay Agaron '19, who has been devoting his expertise and energy in working with Lambent as a consultant.

During a mid-week career panel, the Princeterns engaged with Lambent Data advisors and staff. The panelists, each of whom has decades of experience, spanned a wide range of industries. Participants included Benedikt von Schröder, Kirsten, Ted, Board Chair Joe Studholme '84, Chief Data Scientist Philip Baldwin '82, and other Lambent Data advisors.

Tigerlabs, the co-working space where Lambent Data is located, provided a dynamic environment, as the students were also able to observe and interact with other entrepreneurs. On the last day, the Princeterns presented their work to the Lambent Data staff, advisors and potential investors.
