JUSTIN CAI

Software Engineer & Analyst

Justin, Princeton '24, is concentrating in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a certificate in Statistics and Machine Learning. His interests lie in the applications of big data and machine learning techniques to geospatial analyses and environmental issues. He enjoys working with data science and data visualization, always probing ways to retrieve, process, analyze, and visualize data to better understand social issues. He also enjoys such activities as photography, graphic design, running, and backpacking.

JANE CASTLEMAN

Software Engineer & Analyst

Jane, Princeton '24, is studying Computer Science with certificates in Environmental Studies and Technology and Society. She is interested in the application of computing to solve societal and environmental problems, while also leveraging principles of human-centered design to foster accessibility and inclusivity. Within computer science, she is interested in machine learning and user interface design, as well as theoretical concepts like computability and probability theory. At Princeton, she is a member of ResInDe - Research Innovation Design, Women's Rugby, and the Nassau Weekly.

RISHIKA DESHIDE

Communications & Product Management Analyst

Rish, Princeton '23, is majoring in the School of Public and International Affairs with certificates in Technology and Society and Statistics and Machine Learning. She's interested in studying national security policy, developmental politics, and decision-making science. She has experience working as a Congressional intern, campaign fellow, and intern for a healthcare venture capital firm. Rish is also interested in the nonprofit sector and has experience with multiple causes, from working with veterans to teens with Down syndrome to education equity. In her free time, Rish enjoys kickboxing, hiking, and learning new languages.

Communications & Product Management Analyst

Liz, Princeton ‘25, is planning to concentrate on Computer Science with a minor in either Statistics & Machine Learning or Robotics & Intelligent Systems. Liz joined Lambent Data in December 2021 because she was inspired by and shared the company’s goal to help those in need. In the future, she hopes to use her education to support individuals in poverty to obtain better lives. Liz became interested in Computer Science during her senior year of high school and aims to explore this field further in college. She is particularly impressed by machine learning and in the future wishes to create products that are innovative and valuable to society. At Princeton, Liz is part of the video section of the Daily Princetonian and Communications Chair Assistant of the Mathey College Council. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Ankhitha, Princeton '25, is majoring in Computer Science with a certificate in Statistics and Machine Learning. She is excited to apply technology to socially relevant problems in the community, which is why she is interested in Lambdent Data’s mission. On the team, she contributes to multiple analysis and testing projects that allows her to explore varying interests and implementations in software. At Princeton, Ankhitha is a member of clubs such as HackPrinceton, the Daily Princetonian, and Society of Women Engineers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and baking desserts.

LAUREN MAYNARD

Communications & Product Management Analyst

Lauren, Princeton '24, is majoring in Sociology. Following high school, she entered the behavioral health industry and the non-profit sector. Through this experience she realized that the well-intentioned system was challenged in addressing social issues. In her search for a creative solution, she enrolled in Saddleback College in California, earning her associate degree. She is part of the 4th cohort of Princeton U. transfer students and the 1st member of her family to attend college.  The purpose of her time at Princeton is to build the necessary skills and network to lead large-scale social change, to engage her inner helper, and to transition into a career of service to society's most vulnerable. Currently, she's deciding how she will make the transition from working within an organization to working as a successful professional serving social impact organizations. Lambent Data is focusing her efforts on user engagement and in many other impactful positions. Through her involvement with Lambent, she looks forward to making a positive impact on underrepresented communities and organizations that utilize Lambent's OurREACH™ platform in the future.

MICHELLE LIU

Software Engineer & Analyst

Michelle, Princeton '25, is planning to major in Computer Science. She is very excited to work with Lambent Data because of her love for coding and problem-solving, especially when it comes to tangible tasks like streamlining healthcare communication. On campus, she constructs crossword puzzles for the Daily Princetonian, and is an active member of the Women in Computer Science club and the table tennis team. In her free time, she also enjoys doodling hand-lettering, practicing piano, and playing Puyo Puyo Tetris.
