The MassChallenge 2021 Accelerator has already kicked off with an intensive and productive set of meetings during the past two weeks. The program runs through October, so there is much more ahead, including excellent management and business development mentors, healthcare and social impact working groups, partner opportunities and networking with founders of other leading startups. Lambent Data's OurREACH™ collaborative software engagement platform and app, with data analytics, equips social service and healthcare providers to better reach families and empowers the families to reach their milestones and improve their outcomes in myriad arenas. Providers subscribe to the SaaS tool and deploy log-ins to staff and families for the platform/app, which addresses health, social determinants of health (e.g., housing, jobs) and child development. We're in a pilot in NJ with a national organization serving teen parents & have a robust pipeline of potential customers.
