Computer Science in School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Princeton '25
Rafay, Princeton ‘25, is a Computer Science concentrator for a B.S.E. degree in Princeton's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Rafay joined Lambent Data in Summer '24 because he shared the company's goal of providing resources to the marginalized. In the future, he hopes to develop software to improve quality of life from the ground up. With his experience with software engineering and machine learning, he provided leadership to other Interns in the AI Team and gave general software engineering pointers to his peers. At Princeton, Rafay serves as a Community Ambassador for Princeton's Emma Bloomberg Center for Access and Opportunity, where he teaches, mentors, and facilitates community events for first-generation, low-income students, alongside his studies. In his free time, he enjoys going on runs, learning new things, and spending time with family and friends.
