Kirsten, Princeton '84, Harvard

MBA '89, Harvard MPA '89, is a social impact entrepreneur with excellent experience in senior management, entrepreneurial non-profits, consulting, education, and other organizations engaging children and families. She was Executive Director of a non-profit partnering with organizations across the U.S., and led fundraising for a national organization equipping families, social service agencies, hospitals and prisons with fatherhood and other parenting resources.  As NYC Regional Manager of an after-school tutoring organization serving low-income families, she expanded the number of school sites, managed teachers, and engaged with parents/guardians and children.  She has consulted for a range of businesses and non-profits, including at McKinsey & Co. and as a solo practitioner.

KEVIN McCLARREN

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin, SouthEast Missouri State University '89, served as Head of Operations of  Northern/Central New Jersey for Home Care Assistance.  He is a strategically-minded executive with extensive expertise in home care operations, business development, and regulatory compliance.  Kevin is a results-driven leader with over 15 years of proven experience in the delivery of exceptional home care services and achievement of local and regional growth initiatives.  Prior to joining Home Care Assistance, Kevin held various technical positions as a System Engineer, which involved extensive software development for IP routing platforms, including at AT&T Labs and Avici Systems.

PHILIP BALDWIN, Ph.D.

Chief Data Scientist

Philip, Princeton '82, Univ. of Illinois Ph.D. '87, is an outstanding scientist who focuses on what is known as “low signal-to-noise” data analyses. This involves finding insights and patterns in "noisy" data and depicting these analytics in user-friendly ways.  He has worked on data imaging and other data analytics in Behavioral Health and Neuroscience. He has co-developed valuable techniques in fMRI and cryo-electron microscopy. Phil has recently been serving as a research scientist at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and the New York Structural Biology Center.

DWIGHT GREEN

Chief Growth Officer

Dwight, Princeton '87, Wharton MBA '94, is an outstanding leader in strategic growth focused on differentiated outcomes, with over 20 years of experience in building out ventures and solutions across marketing technology, media/advertising, and data. He drove successful build-outs at Nielsen, WPP, Deluxe, other mature firms, and emerging ventures. His corporate development activities include hundreds of M&A/venture investments and strategic partnerships. He also founded and led profitable ventures, and has advised hundreds of emerging businesses. He has led effective cross-functional teams, often in environments resistant to change. He also has accepted internal executive leadership roles (CxO/GM/etc.) to optimize outcomes. He launched his career as a software systems engineer.
